Portugal news - Two Portuguese companies rank in the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work for in Europe.

Real Estate company ERA Portugal ranks 54th and IT recruitment company Olisipo ranks 75th in the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work for Europe in 2024, and are therefore the best companies to work for in Portugal.

“This is one of the biggest awards that confirms that we are on the right track to ensure that all those who are part of the ERA Network feel at home, also at work”, stated ERA Portugal, adding “An award that we share with all the heads of the more than 200 ERA Agencies in Portugal. A path that is made daily, with the certainty that our business has something to do with houses, but EVERYTHING to do with people.”

ERA Portugal is headquartered in Portugal and has 2,500 European employees, out of which 80% are hybrid workers. Counting over 400 firms created, ERA Portugal has become a successful model for real estate entrepreneurship, being a true incubator of real estate mediation startups on a national level.

“Thanks to feedback from our entire team in the Great Place to Work Portugal study, we are among the European organizations whose organizational cultures most put people at the center of everything they do”, stated Olisipo, adding “It's not an easy mission for any organization. And, as the feeling of belonging in outsourcing is particularly challenging, the achievement becomes even more special”

Olisipo is headquartered in Portugal and has 760 European employees, out of which 100% are hybrid workers. Olisipo is a Portuguese company founded in 1994, specializing in recruitment, career development, and training of talents in the information technology (IT) sector, as well as entrepreneurship.

In partnership with FORTUNE, Great Place to Work® conducted the study with more than 26,000 European workers.
