Tech startup news Europe – Portuguese AI tech startup Automaise just raised €5 million in a Series A investment round led by Oxy Capital.
The AI tech startup raised 5 million euros in a funding round led by Oxy Capital, with the participation of Bright Pixel, Armilar and HCapital, that were already part of the shareholder structure of Automaise and thus increased their respective investments.
This is a major milestone for Automaise as it enables the startup’s expansion across Europe and the U.S., while accelerating product development, and growing teams with top talent, to make AI-driven automation more accessible to businesses everywhere.
The investment round was advised by the SRS Legal team led by Gustavo Ordonhas Oliveira (Private Equity & Venture Capital partner at SRS Legal), with the participation of Solange Fernandes (Associate).
AI tech startup Automaise was founded in 2017 by Ernesto Pedrosa and Carlos Oliveira, and has gained clients in the retail, banking, insurance and telecommunications sectors such as MC, NOVO BANCO, and Via Verde, since the company's solutions have allowed customers' productivity to increase by up to 60% without increasing headcount.
