1 - Pedro Ramos – PhD
Pedro Ramos has a PhD in Business Economics and is the CEO of KEEPTALENT Portugal, having previously served as an Executive Administrator and Human Resources Director in large companies over the last 30 years.
He is a university professor in the areas of HR Management and Leadership, and an international Consultant and Speaker in the areas of Leadership, Change Management, and People Management, with multiple international engagements.
He is currently a Board Member of the IFTDO (The International Federation of Training and Development Organizations).
As an HR Director, he is one of the most influential people in Portugal, Brazil, and Africa and is referenced in various international forums and studies in the field of People Management.
Recently, he was awarded the “HR CAREER Award” for over 27 years of top management in HR, as well as being awarded the “Lusophony People Management Personality 2021.” In 2024, he was awarded the Gold Medal by the IFTDO for his work in the field of People Management worldwide, as well as the award “CEO of The Year 2024” in the category of “Best Communications CEO Portugal 2024”.
2 - Paula Francisca Fernandes
Paula Francisca Fernandes is the Managing Director – Technology Lead at Accenture Portugal.
After completing her degree in Economics at ISEG, she began her professional journey in the planning and management department of one of Portugal's largest retail groups. In 2001, she joined Accenture, a global consulting, technology services, and outsourcing company. She started as an SAP Logistic Consultant and has since progressed through various roles, including Senior Manager, Associate Director, Managing Director, and most recently, Technology Lead.
Alongside her career at Accenture, she has also served as a guest lecturer at NOVA IMS and completed an executive program at AESE Business School designed for high-level professionals to enhance their leadership skills.
In 2024, she was honored to receive the Microsoft Power Women Awards in Portugal.
3 - Zeev Fisher
Zeev Fisher is admitted as a lawyer in Portugal, the UK, Ireland and Israel. He has been a partner of the US offices of FRESH and has 2 decades of cross-border experience with complex matters, handling tax and intellectual property matters.
He is also an active angel investor and a mentor in accelerators in Cambridge and Lisbon.
His legal practice focuses on cross border aspects of ambitious international businesses.
4 - André Miranda
André Miranda is the Founder and CEO of Musiversal, one of the fastest-growing tech startups in Portugal.
Musiversal won the Rising Star Award in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 ranking 2023.
André is an Entrepreneur in the Media, Music and Tech industries. He holds a Master’s degree from New York University.
