Portugal news – Portuguese tech company Sensei just opened the largest autonomous store in the world in Portugal.
Sensei is currently showcasing their retail technology in New York to show what BIG really means in the biggest retail event on the planet. Portuguese game-changing technology is spreading its wings to the city that never sleeps since autonomous stores never sleep too.
In Portugal, Continente Bom Dia of MC Sonae just opened the world's largest smart store using the Sensei Smart Checkout technology with an investment of 6 million euros, of which 1.5 million were used for the implementation of Sensei technology for smart checkout, computer vision, AI algorithms and shelves with sensors.
