Tap to Pay on iPhone is currently available in 20 countries in Europe and each country has a list of Payment Service Providers (PSP) who process the payments.
Tap to Pay, which allows retailers to receive payments directly with their iPhone, has been available in France since 2023 (via Revolut, BNP, Square, etc.). Tap to Pay has guaranteed security since it uses Apple Pay encryption and is contactless - simply tap your card or device against your iPhone (Only iPhones with an NFC chip are compatible.)
